Return & Refund
A Customer has to inform about the cancellation of the product by writing a mail to email@example.com or contact our customer support team via website chat option BEFORE the order has been shipped. There won’t be any cancellation if the product has been already shipped.
After the confirmation of the order, If any unexpected shortage of inventory or any other inventory issues or shipping issue arises, we may not be able to ship the product. Your order will be auto-canceled and the full amount will be refunded to your original source of payment. The Buyer can also request to Buy any other product available on the website.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, if unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds. If the returned product found working by our team, we may charge the shipment Fee + Restocking Fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via website chat option with your order ID. Our team will then inspect the case and understand if the product is faulty and confirm the condition of the product. Upon confirmation from our tech team, the customer support team will contact you for a return, please ship the product back to our office only in original packing. we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products are non-returnable. Please check the product details before purchasing to conform the return policy.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
